About me
People seek therapy for a multitude of problems which can occur at any time of life. Many of my clients experience difficulties whilst meeting the increasing demands of modern living, alongside working in competitive and highly pressurised environments or managing personal responsibilities and relationships. First and foremost it is important that you find the right therapist with whom you can build trust in the knowledge that you are in safe hands.
With over 15 years' experience, I support individuals and couples facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I work in a way that is warm, practical, and collaborativehelping you not only understand your difficulties, but also find realistic ways forward.
I offer both short-term, focused counselling (ideal if you're looking to address a specific issue) and longer-term psychotherapy for deeper, more sustained change. My approach is tailored to youthere is no one-size-fits-all.
I also have training and experience in working with neurodiversity, and I aim to provide an inclusive, flexible approach that respects different ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world.
I bring a wealth of experience, warmth and humour to my sessions and value building a relationship of trust that allows for exploration and change to happen.
My session times are flexible including early morning, evening , I can see you either in person from my office or online if more convenient.
