About me

I am an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS for 30 years. I specialise in helping people affected by physical health problems, as well as psychological issues and adjusting to difficult life events.
I am friendly, professional and a good listener. I have helped a lot of people to make progress with difficult areas of their life.

Areas of interest

I am happy to work with adults from 17 years of age upwards, to help with general psychological issues such as low mood, anxiety, work related stress or low self-confidence.
I am also very experienced in helping people with the impact of living with chronic health problems such as cancer, diabetes and chronic pain.
You may be experiencing relationship issues, finding it difficult to adjust to a change in circumstances or trying to make an important decision, in which case being able to access psychological sessions could be really helpful.
Psychological therapy isn't right for everyone, but I would encourage you to try it if you are struggling emotionally.
