About me

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years' experience working in the NHS, predominantly in adult mental health (I see clients aged 16+).

I have worked in diverse settings and it is important to understand each individual with whom I work and their hopes for therapy; by taking time to conduct a thorough assessment I am then able to select the best approach in my work with clients.

I am a compassionate individual and I would describe my therapeutic approach as integrative, collaborative and relational. I am trained in a number of evidence-based therapies.
