About us

Dr Esther Cole is Clinical Director & Clinical Psychologist at Lifespan Psychology - The Diverse Practice. The team have won the Prestige Award 2022 and 2024/5 for Psychology Therapy Specialists of the Year, London. Dr Cole works in London, UK, and internationally online with all ages: adults, children and families. She is the proud BPS Early Career Award winner (2020) for her role initiating and co-editing: “Psychological Therapy for Paediatric Acquired Brain Injury” (Routledge). As a third generation British Jamaican Psychologist, managing long-term conditions whilst being a mother of three, Dr Cole warmly welcomes clients from all walks of life, and has a passion for supporting people living alongside mental, physical or neurological difficulties and trauma. All psychological therapies are tailor-made and, importantly, driven by evidence and research.
