I offer psychological assessments and therapy to adults in Northamptonshire, based at clinics in Daventry and Long Buckby
I qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2010, after completing a doctorate in clinical psychology, accredited by the University of Oxford. Since then, I have worked with adults in a variety of NHS settings, with a wide range of emotional wellbeing needs and mental health difficulties.
As a psychologist, I use my training and skills to develop highly individualised interventions that are based on your unique circumstances, including your strengths and resources.
I believe the foundation to any helpful therapeutic work is having a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space in which to explore your current life circumstances.
I will take time with you to explore your difficulties and your understanding of these in detail.
Areas of interest
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues and difficulties, including:
depression and low mood;
anxiety, worry and stress;
trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD);

relationship and family problems;
experience of abuse;
adjustment and life transitions
