I offer consultations (face-to-face, phone and video). I have availibility weekdays 8am to 7pm.
I am qualified up to Masters Degree as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I also have a certificate in Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Existential Therapy and Couples Counselling..
I offer both intensive short and long term counselling and therapy. Short term sessions stay focussed on management of a primary issue. I work with addictions, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, eating disorders, relationship issues etc. Together we will explore early attachment patterns, habits and relationships that are affecting you and the way you relate to others or the way they relate to you in the "here and now". I can help you find a new way to be in the present and so change your future.
