About me
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy providing face-to-face counselling for adults from my practice in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, PTSD, anger management, autism, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, adoption-related issues and the lasting impact of childhood and family experiences.
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to each individual's needs by drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have a particular interest in understanding how family dynamics, attachment, and early life experiences shape us in adulthood. Together, we can explore these influences to gain greater self-understanding, move beyond unhelpful patterns and create lasting positive change.
