About me

I offer counselling to young people, adults and sometimes to groups. I work with all age groups from 10 + providing a personal, confidential and non judgemental approach with the hope of offering therapy to suit you. I see my role as working with you to explore, examine and evaluate what is on your mind and by so doing open up new ways of thinking, evaluating and moving on. I am committed to offering a safe, non judgemental, and confidential service in a quiet and calm surrounding.

I have worked with clients on a variety of issues like:
abortion, abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, separation and divorce, self esteem, stress, anger, learning difficulties, disabilities, loss in it's many forms,life changes,illness, bereavement... just to name some.

As well as having a thriving private practice I work for a bereavement support provider and some insurance companies. I also work as a self employed counsellor in a secondary schools with 6th forms attached where I am kept very busy.
