About me

I have a wealth of experience of working within the NHS and the private sector providing assessments, therapy and consultancy to adults, children, families and organisations.

Within the NHS, I have experience of working as a qualified Clinical Psychologist within a Community Learning Disabilities Team, a Children and Young People's Service, and a Health Psychology Service. Within my private practice, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of issues.

Forming strong therapeutic relationships is at the heart of my work, and I pride myself on being able to meet the unique needs of my clients in a way that suits them. I provide evidence-based practice and keep up-to-date with the latest research to ensure that I deliver the most appropriate and time-effective approach.

In addition to being a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist, I have also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialetical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
