About me

Dr Shireen Saluja is an experienced Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and The British Psychological Society (BPS).

Shireen completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a broad range of difficulties. Shireen has clinical experience working within the NHS as a Health Psychologist along with knowledge of Neuro-Rehab work with Traumatic Brain Injury and Stroke patients.

In addition to her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Shireen has a Bachelor and Masters in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond Virginia and a Masters in Psychology from Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She is bilingual and can converse fluently in Hindi and Punjabi.

She has a significant interest in working with individuals suffering from childhood sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence, chronic pain, fatigue, terminal illness and anxiety.

In addition to this above, Dr Saluja is passionate about Autism and ADHD. She specialises in diagnosing and supporting children and adults who are neurodivergent.

She is well-trained in various assessments related to cognitive impairments, personality disorders, memory, Autism, ADHD and trauma inventories.
