About me

Sara qualified as a general counsellor in 2004 then trained and worked for Relate as a relationship counsellor and sex therapist from 2004 to 2010.

In 2010 Sara worked for the NHS as a specialist counsellor and sex therapist leaving in 2017. Whilst working for the NHS she did a foundation skills course in CBT.
Sara has undergone further training in Sexual addiction and EMDR for trauma PTSD, accidents, anxiety, issues from the past and sexual issues.

Sara now works in private practice offering shorter and longer term therapy. Sara does work for some employee assisted schemes for work related issues, grief/loss, stress, anxiety, work/life balance, anger. She also offers relationship counselling and EMDR for PTSD.
