- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
I have been delivering cognitive-behavioural therapy since 1994, in a variety of settings. Initially, in a forensic setting and from 2000 - 2009, in Health and Social Care. I have worked extensively with adults and adolescents with a broad range of psychological difficulties and behavioural problems. Since 2009, I have been working independently and have undertaken work in the NHS and the independent sector, working with adults and young people with mental health problems. I also deliver therapy in Ofsted registered children’s homes.
