About me

As an experienced, Accredited, Person Centered / Integrative Counsellor I support individuals, couples and families both long and short term.

I work to the BACP ethical guidelines and offer a professional, confidential service. My approach is to focus upon the person rather than the problem and this is achieved through the therapeutic relationship, by providing safe, non-judgmental and empathic support.

I am experienced in working with young people and their families and continue to support young people in residential care. I also regularly counsel adults through Employment Assistant Programmes offering solution focused brief therapy.


My practice is based in Highcliffe, Christchurch and I would be happy to discuss your individual counselling requirements with you.
