About me
Suchitra Chinthapalli is a Consultant Dermatologist who works as an NHS Consultant at Royal London Hospital, one of the largest NHS trusts in the country. She consults on all areas of General Dermatology, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, mole checks, rosacea, rashes. She specialises in Skin Cancer, Mole checks and performs Skin Surgery. She is the Surgical Lead for her department.
She graduated from Imperial College London School of Medicine with Merits. She has completed her entire postgraduate training in central London teaching hospitals including Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery (NHNN, Queen Square), Royal Brompton Hospital, Royal Free Hospital and Royal London Hospital. She has undertaken training internationally in Europe and USA as well.
She has been awarded national prizes and scholarships for her work in Dermatology and has presented her research internationally and nationally. She was awarded First Class Honours for her BSc from Imperial College London.
She is a member of the British Association of Dermatology (BAD) and British Society for Dermatological Surgery (BSDS).
