About us
Paul McMullan is the Clinical Director and founder of Lower Limb Clinic, Belfast � Northern Ireland's leading specialist musculoskeletal podiatry practice with over 700 five-star Google reviews.
Paul holds a Master's degree in Podiatric Sports Medicine from Queen Mary University of London and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCPSGlasg). He is HCPC registered and a registered BUPA provider (Provider No: 85020418).
Paul specialises in the diagnosis and management of complex lower limb pain and injury, including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, knee pain, shin splints, stress fractures, Morton's neuroma, and tibialis posterior tendon dysfunction. He regularly treats runners, GAA players, golfers, and recreational athletes alongside patients with chronic foot and ankle conditions.
Paul is also the founder of Realta Labs, a medical-grade 3D orthotic manufacturing facility. All custom orthotics are designed in-house from pressure plate gait analysis data and manufactured using SLS 3D printing technology, providing a complete "bench-to-bedside" service from assessment to fabrication.
