I offer a private counselling and psychotherapy practice that provides a place to talk and explore issues and difficulties that may be present for you.

I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner a NICE recommended treatment for trauma related issues.

My practice is a bright and welcoming space conveniently located in a residential area of Luton and within easy reach of the M1, A6 & A505 providing ready access from Luton and surrounding areas, including Harpenden, Hitchin and Mid Beds.
