About me

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with 14 years experience in the NHS and in my own small private practice. I also have over 20 years experience working in mental health as a registered mental health nurse.

I provide individually tailored therapy for a wide range of problems including Depression, Work related and personal stress issues, Anxiety issues including Worry , Panic, Obsessive Compulsive disorder, Social Anxiety problems, Trauma therapy and Substance Misuse issues,

I am an accredited EMDR consultant accredited by EMDR Europe and have 12 years experience in this therapy.


I work remotely via use of Microsoft teams and do not provide face to face clinics
