About me
I have a BA (Hons) Integrative Relational Counselling as well as a Diploma in Supervision of Therapists.
How do I work as a psychotherapist? If you come for sessions with me, you will be in charge of what you talk about; my job is to help you understand your feelings, where they come from and what might change them. I do this by listening and being curious about you. it’s not that I have all the answers, but I can help you find them for yourself. I am an integrative psychotherapist, this means that I have a broad training covering different theoretical schools. Generally I believe that our childhoods make us the adults we are, and understanding this can be the key to changing our understanding of ourselves and moving forward.
