About me
I am currently the Clinical Director of CArdiology for the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire.
I qualified in 1998 from Liverpool University with commendation and with a BSc in Anatomy and Human Biology. I later qualified from Oxford as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and in Internal Medicine, appointed at Northampton General Hospital.
I rapidly became the lead for interventional and pacing/ devices then in 2020-2021 during the covid outbreak, the Clinical Director for Internal Medicine.
I have specialised in complex coronary intervention including chronic total occlusion, rotablation, laser and complex pacing including the first non-surgical centre implanting Leadless pacemakers (MICRA) in the UK.
