I'm Marisa, a highly qualified, BACP accredited and experienced therapist.

I provide a relaxed, safe and confidential space for you to explore your concerns. I will help you to move forward and reach your goals.


I treat most presenting concerns such as depression, relationship issues, anxiety, self-esteem, abuse (recent or historic), bereavement, anger issues and work stress.

I enjoy helping people to free themselves from their problems, reach their potential and become the person they were meant to be, (or used to be!).

I advocate the person-centered approach over labelling 'disorders' and prescribing medications.
I wonder 'what happened to you?' not 'what's wrong with you?'.
