About me

I am working in person, face to face, near central Brighton. I also use zoom. I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist practising counselling and psychotherapy. I have over 20 years continual unbroken experience. I was awarded senior practitioner in 2018.

I specialise in men's issues; anger management; stress; self worth; depression, anxiety; relationships; loss and lgbtqi+ issues.
