About me

Mr Fay qualified as a Podiatrist from the Northern College of podiatry in 1987. Since when he has been exclusively treating foot and ankle conditions.
In 1989 he commenced specialist training in Podiatric surgery at Ipswich Hospital completing his fellowship in 1996. Following fellowship he continued to work as a registrar in Ipswich until obtaining his Certificate of completion of surgical training (CSST) in 2001. He was clinical lead/Consultant of the Ipswich foot surgery centre until 2005.
Mr Fay spent 2 years living and working in Canada, clinically in musculo-skeletal podiatry private practice and also in a regulatory role governing the podiatry profession.
Mr Fay is currently employed as a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon with Northumbria Healthcare and also North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trusts.
He has lectured locally, regionally and internationally on Podiatric Surgery
