About me

I offer online and in person sessions in Enfield town, EN2 6NB. Sessions are for 50 minutes.

I am a registered psychotherapist, practicing depth psychotherapy and have completed a diploma and Masters of Arts (MA) in humanistic integrative psychotherapy with the transpersonal. I also supervise other counsellors and therapists in their practice.

The focus of my practice is the promotion of well being and the discovery, through exploration, of an individual's true experiences of life. There is always a good reason for behaviours and experiences, our work is to understand more fully and facilitate change through this discovery.
