About me

You shouldn’t have to struggle alone with grief and trauma resulting from infertility, pregnancy loss, a difficult birth, or depression and anxiety. You may be feeling distressed, lost and overwhelmed by how your parenting journey turned out. As a Clinical Psychologist I specialise in perinatal emotional wellbeing, providing therapy that creates space for you to make sense of your journey to early parenthood. Helping you feel safe, supported and understood so you can process your experiences and feel confident to shape your journey ahead.

Since completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology 15 years ago I have done further training in CBT, Psychodynamic psychotherapy and am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner.

Clients who work with me appreciate my ability to put them at ease. I will offer you a safe, comfortable space, or online sessions if this is more convenient.
