About me
I have been a Consultant Colectoral Surgeon in Bristol since 2017. I qualified from Imperial College in 2002 and undertook surgical training in London including a fellowship at St Mark's Hospital in surgery for inflammatory bowel disease.
I treat cancer of the bowel as well as benign conditions such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and diverticular disease. I trained in laparoscopic surgery and perform most bowel operations with a keyhole technique. I treat anal problems such as skin tags, haemorrhoids and fissures as well as types of hernia.
Areas of interest
Cancer and benign colorectal conditions including inflammatory bowel disease; laparoscopic and open hernia repair; anal conditions such as fissure, haemorrhoids and fistulas
