About me

I offer a flexible Online Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy service that suits many who have busy lifestyles and like to hold sessions within their home. The first session is a collaborative assessment process to identify the main focus and review your situation in depth. I also regularly check that you are satisfied with the sessions and the progress you are making.

I also support people recovering from mental health conditions but not acute/immediate crisis
Past experience includes; workplace settings, University Counselling, EAP schemes and BUPA for over three years.

I am a senior accredited member of BACP ( No. 14776) , registered with ICO for data protection, maintain full insurance and hold an enhanced Disclosure Barring Check (DBS).

I have specialised experience in Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement and Loss, Reproductive issues, past physical and sexual abuse and coping with the psychological impact of medical treatment or long term conditions.
