About me

Thanassi Athanassopoulos is a highly trained expert surgeon who studied medicine at Oxford University and King’s College Hospital London qualifying with distinction prior to embarking on Plastic Surgery Training in Scotland.

He is an expert in facial and breast surgery and, in particular, complex secondary revision surgery.

He is fully registered with the General Medical Council (Registration No. 4628750) and holds a licence to practice medicine; his name appears on their Specialist Register for PLASTIC SURGERY.

He is the medical director at Alpha Clinic Aberdeen and Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary specialising in reconstructive surgery of the breast, face and skin.
