About me

I am an experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist providing diagnostic ADHD assessments as well as therapy for mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, trauma and burnout. I also provide therapeutic intervention for people with neurological conditions including brain injury and progressive conditions such as MS. I completed a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Oxford in 2011 and I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society.

I understand that coming to therapy can seem daunting at first and so I make sure that my therapeutic style is warm, genuine, accepting and safe so that we can explore the things that you are struggling with. This provides an opportunity to develop a shared understanding of the current problem, why you are struggling and how to move forward when things feel stuck or hopeless.

I am qualified to provide therapy for a range of psychological difficulties using therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR.

As well as working with mental health difficulties, I also provide specialist therapy interventions for neurological conditions such as MS and Huntington�s Disease, and also acquired brain injury (e.g. stroke and TBI).
