About me

I had 28 years experience working within the NHS in various settings with adolescents, adults and older adults. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited with the BABCP treating anxiety disorders, PTSD, social anxiety, phobias, GAD, OCD, health anxiety, addiction and depression. I am a qualified learning disability nurse and I am able to adapt therapy to meet individual's needs. I feel passionate about people having an experience of therapy that's promotes respect, empathy and independence in a soothing environment.
