About me

I am BACP registered & accredited and I offer a confidential and comfortable practice which is based in Guildford, Surrey. I am committed to helping you find solutions to challenges that may be occurring in your daily life. I am an experienced therapist which allows me to effectively draw upon a number of modalities . My experience also shows in the way I respond to my clients’ individuality and by respecting their own understanding of what is happening right now. I create, with my clients, a collaborative, meaningful, respectful, trusting and useful therapeutic alliance. In creating this working alliance with me, you will be able to explore what is troubling you or use the space to talk through something with another person who is not directly involved in your day to day life.

I have worked with many client concerns including: depression, stress, anxiety, addiction, trauma, guilt, shame, bereavement & loss, understanding repetitive behaviours within relationships and finding meaning and purpose.
