About me

My name is Juliet, I am a qualified and accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare.

Helping people is my passion. Throughout my working life, I have helped people who are struggling to make sense of life, or who are facing illness, loss, change, anxiety or trauma. As a therapist, I feel fortunate that I can help to change lives. It would be a privilege to support you as you face the challenges life sends your way.

I have been trained in a range of psychological approaches, and I can use this knowledge and experience to tailor our sessions to your unique requirements. This means that your therapy will be centred around your challenges, your needs and your goals.

My specialist areas are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT,) eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) and couples therapy for depression.

As well as my private practice, I also work as a high intensity CBT & EMDR therapist in the NHS

I am accredited by the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
