With 40 years experience in learning and development, Camilla style and knowledge enables cognitive, emotional and spiritual growth: this means develolopment of personal awareness, neurological flexibility, autonomic stability, assertiveness and resilience, using safe, effective therapeutic and educational interventions.

Camilla is experienced and skilled at assessing, identifying, formulating and treating a wide range of psychological, emotional and behavioral challenges, working short, medium and long term with mild to severe presentations.

Inteventions include CBT (waves 2, 3 & 4), Systemic Coaching, Family Dynamics, Polyvagal Theory, Adlerian Psychology.

Camilla workes with a team of higly experienced clinical supervisors ensuring the theraptic process is development and effective.
