I currently have no availability for in-person sessions. Some online daytime slots might be available. Please check with me for most updated availability.
I am a fully accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with more than 15 years experience of working in the NHS, various charitable organisations (such as RNIB. Missing People, and SurvivorsUK), and private practice.
I can offer both Online and in-person consultations in line with BUPA's guidelines. In-person consultations take place in Central London on Tuesday afternoon/evening and London Bridge on Wednesday afternoon (depending on availability). The rest of the time, online consultations are available.
I offer both short and long-term face-to-face psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples. I can also offer support on both the telephone and via teleconferencing (Skype & Zoom).
I am also a Supervisor at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London Bridge, and in private practice.
I offer a safe, warm, non-judgemental and open environment to help you gather an understanding of your current difficulties and support you while moving forward in your life beyond the issues that you are currently facing.
If you are interested in holding an initial session or have further questions, you can contact me on my mobile or via email.
The initial session is an opportunity to share with me why you are looking for therapy at this time, to explore your initial thoughts on how you would like to manage your difficulties and make changes in your life, and how we could work together to achieve this.
Depending on your circumstances, an exploration of past experiences and their impact on you might be involved, so that your increased awareness and agency can help you in your present circumstances.
