About me
I trained in the psychoanalytic tradition of psychotherapy, but my practice is also informed by other aspects of my experience such as social work, education and working with groups and organisations.
I aim to start from where you are, wherever that is. I will listen carefully to you, and on that foundation we will build a unique working relationship which will help you to hear yourself more clearly and work towards a more authentic and integrated way of being in the world.
Areas of interest
I work with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, problems at work, health problems, life transitions, and bereavement. I work with adults of all ages,and also with couples.
