About me

I have over 20 years of experience working with many mental health problems including Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety and Phobias.
I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and accredited Interpersonal Psychotherapist. I have training in Compassion Focused therapy and Emotion Focused therapy.
