About me

I am an experienced counsellor having worked with adults for over 15 years and teenagers and children for 12 years, I am BACP Accredited. My aim is to provide a warm, welcoming safe environment where together we can explore any worries, problems or issues that are causing you any distress, sadness or anxiety.

I can engage in both short and long term counselling to suit your therapeutic needs.

I am a qualified Counsellor and Supervisor working in the Waveney area. I work with Adults and Young People and co founded the Schools Counselling Service in 2008. I also offer Clinical Supervision to fellow Counsellors, Pastoral Support & Teaching staff.

My training includes many different approaches in counselling, which includes Psychodynamic, Person Centred, CBT and Solution Focused Counselling, and as an Accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists I am duty bound to work within an ethical framework, providing total confidentiality and safety.

My experience includes working with emotional wellbeing issues such as: ADHD, Anger, Bereavement & Loss, Stress, LGBT, Divorce, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Low Self Esteem, Relationship Issues, Work related problems, and Addiction problems.
