About me

I am an integrative therapist with more than fifteen years experience. I have worked within Hospital Occupational Health teams and in surgeries across a wide geographical area. I specialise in loss, trauma, change management, work related stress and relationship issues. I deliver solution focussed outcomes using psychotherapeutic approaches designed to elicit change quickly. I help clients to find relief from anxiety and stress, to harness their own power and resources in more useful ways, and to reframe issue and problems so they can be worked on and dealt with more effectively.
