About me
I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I work adults based at my Bedford clinic.
Therapeutically, I work using third-wave cognitive therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Additionally, I have a special interest in neurodivergence and I offer adult ADHD and autism assessments.
