About me

I am a clinical psychologist with over 10 years' experience of working in the NHS. As a clinical psychologist I am trained to provide a range of psychological therapies for many different problems.

For lots of different reasons, many of us will feel a level of distress or unhappiness at some point in our lives that makes us want to reach out for some help. We may feel a strong need to make sense of our difficulties, or to find positive ways of returning to a better state of mind. I am passionate about using psychological therapies to help people to do these things.

In my private practice I work with adults, and I focus on using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My practice is in the EC1 area of central London.

My qualifications and accreditations
I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry at Kings College London. This followed Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology at the University of Bristol.

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society, and the Health Care Professionals Council.

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the British Association of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
