About me

I have been a consultant gynaecologist since September 2014, starting in Leicester and eventually moving to Kettering.
I have always loved the mix of medicine and surgery and so Gynaecology was the perfect combination. Each day is different in O&G, and the variety keeps me buzzing. I have found it a very satisfying speciality to be in.

I am known for my down to earth and friendly nature with a strong clinical and surgical acumen. I believe in holistic approaches to treatment keeping the patient involved at all stages.

I am a generalist in Gynaecology with a special interest in minimal access (keyhole) surgery. I am the Gynaecology cancer lead at Kettering General Hospital and also the Clinical Director.

I have expertise in addressing and managing a wide variety of Gynaecology cases like hysteroscopy, colposcopy, minor outpatient operations, contraception, HRT, pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, endometrial ablation, sterilisation, endometriosis, fertility problems, recurrent miscarriage, fibroid, myomectomy, hysterectomy, ovarian cysts, pcos, preconception counselling, vulval problems. I specialise in keyhole hysterectomies giving patients a faster recovery and less pain.
