About me
Dr Tsigaras is a highly trained and experienced Counselling Psychologist with broad NHS experience, across clinical settings and the full spectrum of severity and complexity. He has been practising for over 15 years. He endeavours to offer a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence friendly therapeutic setting.
Nikos is especially interested in relationship difficulties in individuals, often resulting from childhood trauma or neglect. He has extensive experience of helping with different forms of anxiety and depression, especially in the context of relationships and work stress.
Another interest is the interface of body and mind in conditions such as Long Covid, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, rheumatological conditions, and chronic illness in general.
He also has a strong interest in supporting people working in the performance arts and the media.
