About me
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), with extensive experience supporting both young people and adults.
My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological difficulties. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic approachesincluding Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each person I work with.
I offer both short-term, solution-focused interventions and longer-term therapy for more complex or enduring issues. Sessions are available in person, as well as online via secure platforms such as Zoom or Skype, to provide flexibility and accessibility.
In addition to therapy, I provide psychometric assessments and specialist ADHD assessments, supporting individuals in gaining greater clarity and access to appropriate interventions or accommodations where needed.
