About me

I am a certified supervisor for trainee and qualified counsellors.
I have also trained at the Centre for Stress Management in London.
I have worked in private practise since 2004 with Individuals, Couples Families and Children, including adopted children. Presenting various issues, from trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship breakdowns self-confidence, stress, work-life balance.
In turn I am a CISD provider for critical incidents both in the UK and Internationally.
I have attended site for critical incidents to support the victims of traumatic incidents ranging from death of a colleague in the workplace to victims of terrorist attacks, supporting individuals experiencing the impact of trauma.
I have worked with both adults and children at Barnardos, in the area of sexual abuse, trauma, sexuality, self-harm and eating disorders.
Having also worked within the NHS and Education Sector, I now work with corporate clients delivering Mental Health,Stress Management, Resilience and Mindfulness training.
How can I help you?
I am passionate about Health and Nutrition and creating a healthy work life balance. By looking at the triggers and identifying positive coping strategies we can attain our desired potential.
I in turn support my clients in achieving that potential.
I work with the client as a whole and identify that their physical and mental well-being are all interlinked.
Therefore, nutrition and exercise are an imperative part of my life and this is incorporated into my practice.
It is very hard for individuals to acknowledge that they are important and need care and nourishment. What we are all good at is taking care of others needs and neglecting our own.
My belief is that everyone has the potential and the right to lead fulfilling lives and I am deeply committed to helping my clients achieve that.
