About us

Catherine Ingram Physiotherapy was established in 2005 to provide physiotherapy in Altrincham and Timperley.
​Established with an ethos to provide excellent, quality physiotherapy treatment and care, we have grown from strength to strength with patients from surrounding areas of Sale, Altrincham, Hale and further afield travelling for our personal and effective treatment.

Catherine Ingram, Lead Physiotherapist, moved into providing physiotherapy privately following 10 years in the NHS and to cater for the popular demand for a highly qualified, experienced physiotherapist in Altrincham and Timperley.

With an expanding team, we ensure all our physiotherapists are registered with the CSP, HCPC and AACP and we are recognised by all major private insurance and health schemes.

All physiotherapists in our clinic have vast experience in both the NHS and the private sector with a commitment to continuous professional development. This ensures all the most up to date evidence based treatments are used.

We offer a holistic and biopsychosocial approach to client care and are effective in returning clients to pre-injury levels of pain free function. Our rehabilitation approach offers a fully considered programme of care to all clients which ensures they receive a full hands on manual therapy programme alongside education and exercise prescription.

The clinic uses physitrack which is a tool clients can use to engage in videos demonstrating exercises and giving advise that has been tailored to their needs . This engages the client more in their rehabilitation programme and allows the therapist to track outcomes easier.
