He trained on the Welsh Rotation at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, Newport and Swansea.
He worked as a consultant in Wales, prior to being appointed to lead the upper limb service in Grantham with the specific aim of repatriating many complex upper limb procedures back into Lincolnshire.
He has a particular interest in office based arthroscopic diagnostic techniques and provides a one stop shoulder clinic service.
