About me

I am a BACP-Accredited Counsellor, practising from a Gestalt perspective, which is a holistic approach.

'Gestalt' is a German word, meaning 'whole', with the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. The aim of Gestalt counselling is the discovery, exploration and experience of wholeness as a person, by integration of all parts. This allows you to become fully what you already are, and to fulfil the potential of what you can become.

I currently provide counselling in Bank and remotely.
