About me
About me
I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist and a Chartered Psychologist. I work with adults, providing assessment and intervention for a range of difficulties including anxiety disorders, low mood, attachment/family relationships, eating disorders, trauma and post-traumatic stress, personality disorders, psychosis, and cognitive experiences associated with but not limited to, autism and learning disability. Psychological problems are often related to experiences associated with diagnoses, or difficulties that have their origins in childhood, leaving the individual with difficult thoughts and feelings including shame and low self-esteem. I have experience working within neuropsychology and have worked with the families and those people affected by lifelong conditions, progressive illnesses, and acquired brain injuries, particularly head injuries.
I worked within the NHS for approximately 10 years across a range of environments. I now concentrate on my work in the private sector.
