I have over 16 years experience of working with adults I have trained in bereavement therapy as well as in couple counselling and LGBT issues including sexual identity and sexual abuse. I am a warm, open, approachable person who believes passionately that talking therapy gives you a place to explore your problems and to begin to change whatever is troubling you by helping you gain clarity whilst developing potential coping strategies.
