About me

Dr Nick Zygouris is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties. He has held senior academic roles for over a decade and has also worked at an executive level as Chief Clinical Officer in large independent providers of mental health therapy services.

He works with adults experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, addictions, low self-esteem, and interpersonal problems, as well as more complex, persistent, or recurrent presentations. He has a particular interest in helping people whose difficulties have not improved despite previous therapy, or who find themselves returning to the same patterns over time. His approach is evidence-based, formulation-led, and tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
