I am an EMDR Consultant, BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor specialising in trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and complex psychological difficulties.
I work with adults experiencing the impact of trauma, attachment difficulties, chronic stress, neurodiversity, anxiety and relationship difficulties, including experiences that feel longstanding or difficult to resolve.
My work is trauma-informed and integrative, with particular specialism in EMDR therapy, dissociation and stabilisation-focused approaches. I aim to provide a calm, collaborative and professionally containing therapeutic space where clients feel supported to engage in meaningful and lasting chang
